Just recieved my ATT for the NCLEX RN. This will be my second time...Took it the first time on January 4th...I actually thought I passed because for the first two days after I took the test I got a message that said your test results are on hold and you can not reschedule at this time...late on the second day the message changed and I got the CC screen...Very disapointed. Was hard to deal with but I moved on and am back stronger and more confident then before! So now I have my NCLEX scheduled for Thursday, March 1st and I'm looking forward to it but am still nervous. All I can allow myself to think of is that I will pass. I have a job as an RN riding on the line if I pass starting the next day. I've been doing kaplan around 100 questions a day as well as doing online classroom tutorials and my scores keep improving. So this time I plan to kick the NCLEX's A%#!

Happy for you, tired of waiting for my ATT....my best friend taking it on the 2nd will be thinking about you both , all the best
Thanks everyone. I'll be continuing to study until the day before! The one positive about not passing the NCLEX the first time is that you are forced to expand upon your knowledge base even more!
That must have been hard, knowing/hoping you pass because of the PVT and yet you failed?? I'm very sorry to hear that. Anyway, I hope you pass it this time. I will take my 2nd try too this March, so I hope and pray this is the right time for us to pass this thing. :) FTW!
We will do it this time!

Good luck!
Just know for next time that the pop up that says "Your results are on hold" is NOT the good pop up and it doesn't mean you passed. It means that for some reason Pearson VUE is auditing your test. Could be a random selection or something you were flagged for.
The good pop up says "Our records indicate that this candidate has recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance."

I'm gonna have mine on the 30th of March! This will be my second try! I am so scared to fail it agaain! Its so devastating! My big problem I guess is test anxiety...
mine is changing answers, did that thru out nursing school and still doing it.., my teacher would sit by me and take away my pencil when i tried to change answers.i guess that is my test anxiety
I remembered a tip from my former review center when I reviewed for Philippine local boards last 2008. To remove the pencil eraser so you won't be tempted to erase and change your first answer. And that works well in paper-and-pencil exams, that worked for me when I took and pass our local boards and I'm still using an eraser-less pencil now I'm answering a book/paper-based nclex practice questions. So sad though, I can't use it anymore in the actual NCLEX exam since it's computer-based.
