So for my department I was told that all those hired were internal.

That's so strange! I thought they only interviewed a few internals and the other half externals. I certainly wouldn't count myself as an internal... Did you talk to someone on the phone?

Oh, I forgot to mention that I got the call today and was officially offered a job on 5 West... woooo!!

Anyone else get job offers at CHLA yet? and which unit?

Biscuitmama Yes, I talked to HR and they told me that they only ended up hiring those who had positions on the floor (5W). You got hired at the right time. Congratulations again. As my grandpa used to say, "Knock 'em for a loop!"

I received a call today to schedule a manager interview for the CTICU. They left a message, so I have yet to reply during business hours. What unit did u apply to? Good luck to u!

Does anyone have a sense of how many folks were invited to the round two interviews? If you got a 2nd interview, what's the probability of actually landing a position at this point? I'm assuming your chances are greatly improved, but then we've also heard that some units are only hiring internally, others aren't...any thoughts??
