Hey Everyone,

Long time lurker here!

I made a promise to myself. The only way that I will ever make an Allnurses account, is when I apply to nursing school. Well, that time has finally arrived, and I just finished submitting my application to the City Colleges of Chicago School of Nursing. I clicked on that submit button like a boss!

Does anybody know if we can get the scrubs from Chicago Scrubs? I didn't realize that Working Class was all the way in Oak Lawn. I looked at the website to see if we can order them online Uniform Programs but I don't know the code for our program.

I asked about this. Working Class is the only spot where you can get your patches. I just got my scrubs, they're pretty standard.

Is anyone else still not coded as a nursing student in MyCCC as of today (8/8)? I tried to call to see if they have done the next round of audits as they discussed on Wednesday, but nobody has answered the phone. I'm getting really concerned since they said last week that we would be registering on Tuesday.

I'm not coded in as well. I'm actually at Malcolm X right now, I'll give you updates as I recieve them.

I asked that specifically bc Chicago Scrubs is RIGHT down Ashland from the school but no. They said only Working Class has the specific patches so unless you have the patches you have to go all the way to Oak Lawn like I had to :/. And Working Class didn't have my size (or very many sizes for that matter) and had to order them and they take atleast a week to come in so I suggest getting it done as soon as you can

I was told that everyone will be coded in on Tuesday, and that registrations will open up that morning.

When did you go? I popped in Saturday and they had a whole bunch. Different sizes, ranges from 3XL to small, both tops and bottoms. I asked about buying the patches separate (as I wanted to check out scrub prices at other locations) but they refused to sale them separate. They had them sewed in then and there. Also, if you don't mention or bring in the school form, they charge you full price, as opposed to whats on the sheet.

Check right now. I checked today at noon and I wasn't coded and I just checked about 5 mins ago and I am coded. Also you can look at the bottom right corner check the date. When mine wasn't coded it said "as of aug 2" now that its updated the date is current.

I was coded in at 2:10pm today (8/8) phew! relief off my back, I was worried I wouldn't be able to register tomorrow.

Also I noticed those who were able to register during orientation got kicked out. They'll have to register again.

I'm coded in as well. I hope everyone gets the classes and clinical sites they want!

Do you have the sheet or at least the prices for the scrubs? I never got the form.
