Hi Everyone!!! First off, Congrats on those who got in!!!! I took tease exam earlier but Missed by 0.03% next teas I took was on the LAST day available and passed!! I already got the email that i qualify for program and need to submit a background check which i did right away. I figure since im late in the game i will not get a response from them yet but i'm wondering how long after your background check did you guys get your official acceptance??

Also I am wondering can they still reject me after i pass my background OR as long as i pass that, I should be in??

I took the Teas the last day as well and got the link the for background check that same day and paid and submitted it right away.

I received my letter yesterday but I kept calling and emailing and even emailed the dean of nursing so if I was you I would definitely call them and email the mxhealth email. Also I think they sent out letters for the ADN first and now are sending out for the LPN bridge. Not sure which one u applied for.

I called the nursing dept and the only thing that I was "missing" is a pre-req (which I completed this semester). Shoulda read that letter more carefully haha.

I got an email confirming my seat and they explained that I will be needing to repeat my drug screen and TB panel, which has to be done each semester. She also says to upload every doc to castlebranch.com and to submit it to the coordinators. This should be fun.

Yeah, I'm really confused about this whole uploading thing, because it also says to submit and keep hard copies...

I had to submit the background check during the application period, so it seems like even if you did submit it, there is no guarantee if you're in. I did my background check 2 months prior to the acceptance letters!

I also have no idea if the seats are filled (or how many there are) either! I also have no idea how many people applied too. Hopefully you hear something soon! It's just a waiting game it seems!

How do we order the uniforms? I went to the website and it was confusing. I guess the only way to do it is to call?

I think I might just get the patches, order some scrubs online, and have them sewn on at the dry cleaner. I read yelp reviews and it said the scrubs at that store were cheap quality and expensive.

Yea I was confused so if u order from that store it comes with everything?

Yes I am very confused they called me to say they extended the deadline and i should retake the TEAS since i was so close, but seems like they had already started sending out acceptance letters weeks prior to that! I sent out email to sylvia and James Rice and i will call office on my lunch hopefully since i'm a late applicant i am still in the running!! I am assuming they would send denial letters If i didn't get in. or a pending notice if They are waiting to see if any seats go unclaimed. keeping fingers crossed!!

I finally received my email and I am so happy! Can't wait to start. We have to wait to do drug testing after July. I think we have to order the uniforms in person.
