Let's share our experiences !!! I just wanted to start a page for those who are getting ready for Macomb Nursing program 2014.
I actually applied this year(2013) for the first time. Unfortunately I was't accepted, but I am hoping to be accepted next year! I want to share my experiences, and meet people who are also applying.
I have completed all the prerequisites, and I plan to retake the Hesi test sometime this year.
Hi everyone! I'm new here but have read through everyone's comments. I am applying this round and will (hopefully) be taking my HESI on Tuesday. I'll be really ticked if the school is closed and it gets rescheduled!!
Question for those who have already taken it.... Are you given scratch paper to work out the math problems? Or can you take it in with you? I know there is a calculator in the software, but I want scratch paper too. Thanks for the info :-)
Hey guys taking my test jan 8 I agree with a previous post that the questions are not related to the material in the book !! I just tried to study as much of my a&p notes as I could and I tried to watch videos on all of the systems on YouTube I noticed they really helped otd I also have a 347 gpa :-( I will just have to see how I do on the test I am really worried about the grammer I suck in grammer
Hey kellyblb I am thinking the same thing with the AP portion a lot of the questions have nothing to do with the materials guess we just have to study as much as we can !!!
Hi last night while I was studying I found a good app. I have an iphone so I just went to the App store. I searched "Hesi a2 entrance practice test" If you scroll over to the 3rd option it should be orange and say McGraw-Hill Evolve Reach hesi... They let you download the app for free and then give you 15 practice questions for free. After that you have a choice to buy it for $12. Idk if this is worth it to some of you, but I was kind of at a dead end with the book. I couldn't look at it any more. It has tons of questions that were not in the other book but followed the same path.

You will be given a scratch paper hopefully the school will be open tomorrow, I'll be taking it on Wednesday

You will be given a scratch paper hopefully mcc will be ope. Tomorrow right! I'll be taking it on Wednesday
