No, kind of weird that they don’t consider more people for interviews if you ask me. Wouldn’t you want to see multiple options for an interview instead of just a few people on paper? Even just a video/zoom would make more sense. 

I would hope that they let people know what they’re lacking in their application when they send out rejections.

Hi y’all! I did not apply but have been reading this thread and thought it may be helpful to let you know they sent out a lot of offers today.

Hello! I'm currently in my last semester of nursing school and my dream is to do Lurie's RN Residency in the NICU! I'm planning on applying to the first possible start after I graduate, I'm assuming an August start. I have so many questions about the application process and the program/hospital itself. I just made my account so I can't DM anyone, but if anyone can DM me or anything about their experiences, I would LOVE that!
