So unfair

My application never even got reviewed and I applied on the first day it was open. Seems so unfair.

My application status still only says “received submission”. My application hasn’t even been looked at yet.

I personally have some experience as an RN - I’ve been working on inpatient surgery at SLCH since January and the surgical floor was one of the floors I applied to so I’m just very lost as far as what I was missing. I have a BSN. Worked as a nurse tech for a year and a half before I graduated. I’m just confused haha.

Beginning to think I probably wasn’t chosen.
