Hi Everyone! Just creating this thread, so we can communicate any updates with each other.

Hey everyone! Best of luck on interviews! For those who have interviewed already- do you remember when we'd receive an invite back/ notification of status? I forgot!

How was everyone's experience with the interview? The questions were pretty challenging...

Were they mostly behavorial or did they ask you evidence based questions as well?

For Critical Care track interview: First was a basic tell us about yourself, where you graduated and preceptorship, why you wanna work in that unit and what you bring to table. then 4 questions in 4 categories, teamwork, communication, evidence based practice and I don't remember the last overall category but it was a cultural question that I got. Then at the end we had time to ask questions and they even asked us which unit we prefer if picked to move forward (PICU/CVICU).

My phone call was specifically for the PICU so I'm assuming the specialties that interviewed Mon/Wed
