It's in the interview confirmation email ?
"For the panel interview, participants will receive a combination of evidence based and behavioral based questions. The interview panel is seeking real life examples from your clinical rotations and/or other healthcare experiences – please no hypotheticals or non-healthcare examples.
We ask that you keep your answers concise to around 2 minutes in length and request that you speak clearly.
Each session is expected to take 45 minutes to an hour. The panel will be comprised of Nurse Managers and/or Nurse Educators, and you will interview with 3 other new graduates. Please note that the panel will be taking notes and scoring your answers during the interview."

Thank you and best of luck!

So originally I had thought the first round interview would be more behavioral based questions vs. hypothetical patient scenario but then the instructions in the interview confirmation mentioned EBP questions and behavioral, so now I'm thinking we should be prepared for both style.

Thank you! Do you know if we have to bring our resume, cover letters, transcripts to the interview? Wasn't sure whether we had to bring them or if they have a copy of it on their laptops.

I don't think so, no one move mentioned it at all! I'm pretty sure they have access to those things digitally. Also my impression was that resume, cover letter, transcript etc only matter for being offered a first round interview, and then only interview performance is really considered for picking people for second interviews and offers...but I'm not sure so take that with a grain of salt!

Thank you! I really hope that's the case! I figured they would have access to it when they bring their laptop but wasn't completely sure since they didn't mention anything about it either like you said.
