Hi! Does anyone know if LPCH will still be opening up their new grad app for the Fall 2020 cohort or if it will be delayed due to the pandemic? I know the app should be opening up in April but their website still has the info from the past cohort period.

Does anyone know if Acute Care is the same as Critical Care (ICU) or are they separate departments?

And does anyone know how many positions they're offering for each unit?

Theyre separate departments and have no idea how many positions!

I believe they are doing critical care interviews in general - my best friend put the same choices down as me (CVICU first snd PICU second) and was invited for an interview for critical care. I’m also waiting to hear back. Super nervous and trying not to get my hopes up too high!

Thanks! I was thinking the "critical care" interviews might be for PICU or CVICU, or both...so good to know that your friend put down CVICU as first choice and has received an invitation for "critical care". We'll see...also trying to not get my hopes up. I put CVICU first and NICU second. Thanks, again!
