Whoops submitted too fast. Accepted over a friend with a 4.0 GPA, ICU internship and great extracurriculars/leadership. Seems they look holistically at the applicant as a whole which is great

I got an e-mail yesterday re: my license yesterday and got a follow up today that I was selected for an interview for the surgical unit! He didn't give me a time or date. MICU preceptorship, 3.5 GPA, LVN 2 years. Not sure what they're looking for because last round, I had friends get accepted with varying stats - seemed like it was all over the place. (a friend with a C+ in ICU, 3.4 overall GPA, s got accepted over a friend with a 4.0

Does anyone know if they’ve still been offering interviews, or was yesterday it?

I believe they are doing critical care interviews in general - my best friend put the same choices down as me (CVICU first snd PICU second) and was invited for an interview for critical care. I’m also waiting to hear back. Super nervous and trying not to get my hopes up too high!
