LSU School of Nursing SPRING 2014 :-)

Hey guys...I started the LSU Fall 2013 Thread and got wait listed :unsure:... haven't heard anything back from them except that all their spots are full. So I'm getting ready to apply for their spring semester. For the rest of the folks who got wait listed with me let's get to making things happen for spring! I welcome any advice or pointers. I also went through the whole interview process, if anyone has anything to share or any questions please don't hesitate to post.

I called about two hours ago and was told the same thing as well. "That there are still letters being sent out".

Hello everyone I'm new to this forum , I called the school this morning and the lady told me they sent out another badge of letters yesterday!! So for those who are still waiting there's still hope! Idk anyone that received a denial letter either. Anyone with new info please share ?

I'm planning on applying for next fall with the deadline being January 15. Do they only focus on prereq GPA or overall GPA?? my overall GPA sucks but my prereq is 3.7... i screwed around freshman year. THANKS!

My friend and I both applied and still have not gotten a letter. We live in Mandeville. We are starting to get frustrated with this long wait. Has anyone heard anything else or have gotten their letter this week?

@obieandtank if you don't mind me asking was the letter mailed or did you friend received her letter online ? I was told by the director of nursing that anyone in the waiting list were going to be notified via email or a phone call . I just wanted to check if that's how they are doing it. Thank you

Quick question for those who got acceptance letters...is our orientation December 16th or December 16th-18th? They didn't make it exactly clear. I need to make sure I request off the correct day(s) for work lol

Those of you guys who are unsure about why you haven't received your letter yet, give the school a call or send an email. You have nothing to lose at this point. I did it last time, it helped alleviate the anxiety a little. Praying you guys hear something soon! I know that feeling, I also know what it feels like to stalk the poor mail man smh.
