LSU BSN Fall 2017

Hello,

I will be applying to the LSU BSN program for the fall of 2017. I know that it is early, but I wanted to get an early start on the application process. I also wanted to reach out to other people who are also applying to this program for the same class. Does anyone know when the application will open (since its due in Jan. 2017)? Does anyone have any study tips for the application?

Wow Congrats! I started out there, moved back home to the city to apply, and when I didn't get in I retook some classes at DCC.

thanks! do you know if they are cutting people between the interviews and proctored essay. or does everyone who gets an essay gets to the essay too?

I believe everyone would get a chance to do both. Last time I applied as long as you met the criteria you received an interview

I have not. I'm thinking about doing it tonight or tomorrow morning. What about you?

me too. I practiced into my webcam and it's really awkward talking to yourself lol. I'm worried that my answers wont come off as genuine in the video

Yes and it's hard to elaborate when talking to yourself but good thing we have an unlimited amount of time to think about our answer

exactly, i'm glad about the unlimited time frame. did you have to do a proctored essay last time you applied?

No they just started it in August. Last time I wrote a personal statement and turned it in with the application.
