Hello everyone!! I finally started school lastnight at the University of Phoenix for there LPN to BSN program here in Tucson, AZ. It seems very structured and it is promising to have its challenges..wish me LUCK!!!

hi, i was ondering if you knew if they offer a lvn-rn, bsn program in california???

That's great that they offer that type of program where you live. Where I live, U of P only offers an RN to BSN program. How long will your program take you to complete?

I don't think they do. There are no online RN offerings in california. Unfortunately, we're stuck with the hard old-fashioned way of attending class rooms. They used to allow excelsior in california, but they even took that away. Certain colleges will let you do some of the lectures online, but there's always labs.

i am considering starting at uop here in westminster, co. i am wondering how the time management is going for you? 5 week long courses are a bit scary for me as i have 4 kids and don't know if i'll be able to balance it all.
i just found out the uop has lpn-bsn programs in 5 states:
phoenix, az
tucson, az
sacramento, ca
denver, co
and one beginning in oklahoma!
i am waiting for an email back with contact info for ca and co! yeah~more options!!
