Does anyone know of any LPN programs in Houston in the EVENINGS?
How long they are?
How much?
Are they fast paced or easily obtainable as long as you study?
Financing available with most of these?
Thanks

Here's a friendly FYI: the Texas BON refers to basic nurses as LVNs (licensed vocational nurses), not LPNs. Therefore, you'd be searching for a VN program in Houston.
Click on the link below from the Texas BON's website, as it lists the names and contact information for all of the VN programs in the state. Call all of the schools in the Houston area to see if they offer a night VN program.

i dont think there is a true "evening" lvn program in houston. San Jac north offers evening lecture with possibility of evening or day clinicals. One thing to consider is most hospitals are doing away with lvns, at least in houston, when i was in school, LBJ and Benn taub wouldnt let us do nothing but observe. For this reason, most clinicals where moved to days to students can do to specialty places, like day surgery centers, nursing homes, schools etc. its going to be evening classes and morning clinicals. best of luck

I'd look into San Jac for sure.. and also try Lee College in Baytown!
