Are you combining sources, instead if going through one source at a time?
When I studied for my boards, I reviewed (not study) from one source at a time; I even reviewed questions from one source at a time to provide a better structure for review and to build upon the previous reviews.

Hi Diana, I really feel the same the questions are all unique, But if you try to compare questions from Saunders Lippincott and Kaplan or Davis all of them really present it in different ways. I tried to read different questions from different sources (Mosbys, Prentice, NCLEX 4000 etc) although not everything in it I think they present it in simple way. Kaplan, Davis and NCSBN for me are the hardest ones they wanted you to analyze and it's like applying what you have learned.
thank you for all your response.. i just started a week ago from ncsbn and its hard to choose an answer even if i broke it down to two choices.. their answer choices are difficult and sometimes i tend to change my answer and feel anxious about it.. i think theres something wrong with me lol ive been studying for many months now and feel exhausted cause i still need to take care of my 3mos old daughter with the help of my husband whos working.. sometimes im too tired to study but i wont let the day past without answering 100 question a day 5x a week. ive been thinking to take my exam this coming october and still feels like i didnt know anything ((
Don't feel bad those are really hard questions. I already finished my NCSBN subscription and did all the question before my course expired last week, I am also in the process of reviewing like you, what I can give you advise is try to finish all the questions and qbank, then re-read them including the rationale to grasp a better view and understanding... :)

Hi guys I just started with the nscbn 3 weeks and the content material is so over whelming. Any tips on how to go about it. I was thinking of just going through the Qbank questions.

Yes the questions are very over whelming to study but trust me I felt that the nscbn was the only one close to the real test I felt like I was talking the practice test all over again. I didn't study the practice test that much..now I am really using it everyday...
@DJAYS, are you going over the content in details?
Yes but sometime I do really well then other times I do bad. This program is one of the best to me because it looks just like the nclex test. I have about 10 days left on my 3 weeks . I really want to do better and pass this test this time for sure. But my scores have never been in the 80% yet...
@DJAYS, keep pushing we will make it this time. I am still on my second week but the content is a lot I was wondering if I should just do the questions?
If the content is overwhelming; then best bet is that the issue isn't content, it's test taking., and identifying WHAT the question is asking you.
Do the questions; review rationales-they do an awesome job of citing specific sources and links to study the content on.
Well for me this is the second time I used this review..the first time I did everything to the point but I only did it but I didn't understand it. So when I went to take the test ...it look like the review.. I was mad at myself for sure. So now I am doing questions only to get a better feel for everything this time... What I like is that it explains why they choose the answer...just not any sata questions..wish they had them they they would be on point..
