Low score on NCSBN learning extension?

i always got 40s-50s-60s score on the practice exam.. i only got 70s once.. been studying since february after a gave birth last april... and resume practicing question from saunders after a week.. bought the kaplan on demand but the video was so overwhleming.. i just bought the nscbn for practice question and always got low score im saving the kaplan qbank After i finish the nscbn practice exam.. im always listening to hurts audios and fill in the blank notes.. i already read the saunders cover to cover.. lacharity and kaplan strategies and still feels like i didnt know anything?? is this normal? is there a chance that i can pass the nclex with this score? feel so fruStrated thanks
