The best course of action is to contact the schools you wish to apply directly. Most of the times the requirements for admissions are posted on the school's website. So if you wish to know what your chances are, just call the school of interest (or research online) to find out what their minimum GPA requirements are. However, from what I heard, you need at least a 3.0 or higher to be considered for master's programs.

Some graduate schools will allow you to take a couple of graduate classes with them if your gpa isn't high enough to admit you, to allow you to prove you can handle the graduate course work. You're just going to need to do some searching to find the right school for you.
