I attended an expensive, private nonprofit LVN program that did not have any GPA requirements or even look at previous coursework. The only requirements were a high school diploma or GED and a passing score on the TABE test, which was what they used as an entrance exam.
Oh wow so they didn't have pre reqs for the program??

My school was accredited and had no pre reqs or a certain GPA to get in.
Just needed to pass the tabe and TEAS.

My LVN program did not have prereqs either. It was an expensive private accelerated program.
The community colleges have a 2.5 non science prereq GPA requirement and 3.0 science prereq requirement in my area. A few Cs won't stop you from applying or getting in....but they use a random lottery system to decide who gets in.

My school didn't look at your grades. If you have a highschool diploma/GED, pass the TABE and interview you got in.
It was super cheap, $7,500 for entire program.
