I'm almost through the first week of my 44 week PN program. I am LOVING it.
My instructors give wonderful lectures and they take the time to make sure we understand everything. At this point, I feel like I've made the best and most important decision in my life. Yeah it's a big commitment and a TON of studying already, but I can definitely handle this!! I've learned so much already and I'm soooo excited to learn more!!

Wow that gives me hope that is really not as bad as people have said. I am going to go into it with that type of attitude. Thanks:w00t:

I am 3 weeks into the program and I love it too! I actually enjoy the lectures (for the most part, though Fundamentals is still pretty dry). And to me it is not a chore to study and read the chapters. I have found a great group of girls to pal around with and practice labs, study, quiz eachother. I am enjoying the demands the program has, apparently I thrive off of fast paced environments!

Good for you, makes life easier when you are enjoying what you are learning and doing. Do you find that the clinical part is easier than going through Chemistry and Micro. and all the good stuff? These classes just about kill me. Good luck to you!:w00t:

I'm glad you're enjoying your nursing school experience so far. I remeber feeling the same way and yes it is very fast. I graduate in March and sometimes it still feels like I just started.
