This post provides a letter from allheart, in October of 2003, which indicates that delays in orders are due to their warehouse being moved to Ohio.https://allnurses.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80896&highlight=allheart
This is even more disturbing...no wonder they advertise so much; they have to keep finding new customers...
this was my post and it was 2004
same thing happened to me...got same letter, and let them know that I was very disappointed in them, that it wasn't good customer service and that they should have posted it on their website! I had ordered from them before without problem, but this made me mad
Thank you, that is what I told them. Their reply was that this new warehouse would have "state of the art equipment and they could serve me better in the future".

i wrote to allheart asking where my order was. i received the "form" letter, copied below. i am very disturbed that a vendor would not inform customers of what should be a known delay, either before the purchase or after the purchase. i've let them know that they have lost my trust, my confidence, in them as a vendor. you should be aware of this, as well:
hello,
unfortunately, your order was received in the middle of our stop ship period, as we are in the process of relocating our warehouse out of california into ohio. today is the first day that we have begun to ship and we expect to be caught up and back to normal by friday 10/22/04.
you will receive an email from our shipping carrier (dhl) with tracking details once your package has actually left our facility.
we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and we thank you for your patience.
please advise on how you would like us to proceed.
please let me know if i can assist you further.
best regards,
allheart
