how many in here feel that you don't have to miss up in order to lose you license or certificated? the reason why im asking this question is because i made some mistakes ok, plus ive been terminated four times in aroll with in a year. and yes i have been turn into the state. that is why im asking, do you feel or ever feel you don't have to make a mistake?
plus i choose not to dispute it.
I've been following this from the first post.. Something does not sound right here... I know of no employer who would break state employment law just because they "hated" someone. lets go back to being fired from 4 jobs in one year and being reported to the state, losing certification and not wanting to dispute it. I did a little discussion with some Aides... they all, everyone, told me that no way would they not want to know or not dispute allegations made about them if they were reported to the state. Something happened some where that was reported, and with the last incident being reported to the state it sounds like seriously something is wrong....
Go and find out what was reported to the state and check the abuse registry or you will just continue to blame others for being fired, what ever was reported you need to figure out and clean up... as this could interfer with you getting a job doing something else.

i know what i did on the last job im going to admit my mistake ok. am i sorry for what i did yes im sorry, would i do it again? no i wouldn't. let see if anyone in can dispute this, or even tell the truth themself. have any of you ever hated someone so bad, that you let you're get someone fired because you couldn't stand that person, do you know any managers that are that way and would go that far?
