I received the Receipt of Submission on June 30th. And it said if You will need to take TEAS with LMC, details will be sent the week of August 3,2020

Yes, I got the receipt of submission on 6/30 as well. But I have not taken the TEAS so maybe that is for those who checked the 2nd option (taking TEAS thru LMC).

No, I have already taken it and had my test results sent to LMC as requested in the Phase II Notification email. So, I'm not sure why they did not confirm receipt of my response.

@JMRO same with me. I sent my intent to proceed on July 2nd as well as my TEAS score. When did you send yours?
