Los Medanos Fall 2020

Hello! I am started this thread to if there are others who plan on applying to Los Medanos. ?

Same as me. I am waiting for RN and haven’t taken TEAS. I heard The LVN-RNs will have TEAS on Jul 9th. They are going to program in this Fall. The RN I applied for delay 1 year, I am not sure when they expected the TEAS if we get in phase 2??? Any clue?

This is part of the email that we received in regards to the TEAS:

"ATI TEAS-Proctorio Dry-Run Assessment Information •

If you are a DSPS student, please click here on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to join via Zoom the mandatory ATI TEAS-Proctorio Dry Run Assessment.

• If you are not a DSPS student, please click here on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. to join via Zoom the mandatory ATI TEAS-Proctorio Dry Run Assessment.

ATI TEAS-Proctorio Final Assessment Information

• If you are a DSPS student, please click here to join via Zoom and begin the ATI TEASProctorio Final Assessment at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday July 9, 2020.

This pertains to the LVN-RN applicants that need to take their TEAS still. I'm not sure of it's the same for the Fall 2021 cohort but it's SOME info.

@SD SD: I have no idea when our TEAS is going to be. We'll just have to wait for the email, I guess. Just a tiny bit more and we'll get the news.

I am not sure when will be for people who applied on regular RN program but if it was mentioned that the decision will be made by week of June 22nd then you guys should be receiving another email in the next day or 2 . I will for sure keep an eye for you guys . good luck everyone

Hi all. I just got notification from LMC for regular RN. The list is on LMC website includes 86 students. I haven’t taken TEAS yet so I will take with LMC in September 2020. Hope you guys get in too

I think they took the top 32 or 33 last Fall. They took a lot of students from the alternate list.

Do they add up the points from the TEAS score to the one we got from the phase 1 to select the top 32?

yes. Phase 2 points is your TEAS score. Those points are added to Phase 1 points and then the top points will be admitted. The full points all together is out of 175.
