Los Medanos College (LMC) ADN - Fall 2024

I am posting this for the students applying to LMC's Nursing program that starts in Fall of 2024. This is for everyone to meet, congregate, post statistics, and help one another in the application process. 

The application opened on 1/3/24 and is set to close 2/2/24.

I was told that the list of students that made it to phase 2 will be posted on the LMC's nursing page then students will get an email if invited to phase 2. I applied for the bridge program.

That's awesome! I appreciate the update, looks they are on track to get notices out by the end of the month - I hope my guess is right and it's the last Tuesday of the month. Last year my notice hit at 5:06 pm FYI 😜 

 

I think 50 phase 1 score is very competitive based on what I have heard from someone in this years cohort. The goal is just to make it to phase 2 then take or submit your TEAS!  🙌🏽

Yes! That what I am hoping for. I hope we get some type of answer by Friday.

Hi Everyone, how do you send the TEAS transcript to the TEAS Testing Coordinator?

On ATI website, should I pick "Los Medanos ADN" as the attached image?

Does anyone know how many students are admitted to the program each year? I ask because 105 students have moved on to phase two.

Oh wow! I found the class on the insite. Looks like there are only 32 seats.

32 students into the RN program and either 8 or 12 LVN's will transition in the 3rd semester.

You just select this and it gets directed to the LMC coordinator

32 but almost the rest get put on the waitlist because not everyone will accept.
 

They will literally take phase 1 + 2 score and objectively rank everyone from top total score to least.  Many people apply to multiple schools and have already accepted other schools and/or other schools are their preference. Most people who want to go get to, at least this is what they told me last year
