Los Medanos College (LMC) ADN - Fall 2024

I am posting this for the students applying to LMC's Nursing program that starts in Fall of 2024. This is for everyone to meet, congregate, post statistics, and help one another in the application process. 

The application opened on 1/3/24 and is set to close 2/2/24.

Conditional acceptance phase 1. Awaiting for phase 2 message/ link. I applied on January 14

Acceptance? Or a confirmation of your points saying you qualified for Phase 1? I don't think we are getting Phase 2 acceptance until next month. How many points did you have?

The email stated at the end go and review the Phase 2 process as I await the 2nd email for progression into Phase 2

I love the way excitement!  The phase 1 confirmation of points is NOT a conditional acceptance, rather truly confirming the merit points earned and IF that qualifies you to be be considered to phase 2 (no guarantee) FYI. I hope everyone makes it!

70 out of 75 is pretty impressive for Phase 1 into Phase 2

My friend 70 out of 75 is a pretty good shot for the phase 2. Not surprised. What do you think?

The more points in phase 1 the better chances for phase 2. The letter everyone received is confirming what is on your application and the points calculated and if that qualifies, not guarantees, a candidate for phase 2.

Finally, I received the Phase 1 score (65 points) from LMC. I submitted my application on Jan 23.

That's great! Thanks for keeping us updated. I applied on the 25th so they've almost reached me. LOL

That's great! I'm happy for you! I can't wait to receive the news for Phase 2. Have you taken the TEAS?

Thank you! I know now it's just waiting for the phase two email. Someone I know that's currently in the program said they got a phase 2 email may 30th. And then took the TEAS early June. I'm waiting to hear back before I take it. How about you?

I already took the TEAS and am debating whether I need to retake it. 🤔
