Los Medanos College (LMC) ADN - Fall 2024

I am posting this for the students applying to LMC's Nursing program that starts in Fall of 2024. This is for everyone to meet, congregate, post statistics, and help one another in the application process. 

The application opened on 1/3/24 and is set to close 2/2/24.

The acceptance email said we'd get an email today with more details of onboarding, but I haven't received anything yet.  Has anyone else gotten the details?

I haven't received anything either. I thought lmc closed on Fridays? So either we get something today or until Monday.

I'm curious if anyone signed up to learn more about the concurrent BSN option through CSUEB?

I was thinking about it but when I looked it up I don't think I have all the requirements done for it yet. 

Has anyone tried to make their drug screening appointment? I know they said not to let the order expire but I can't even get an appointment until after the expiration date. And it says they only take appointments...

I think I might just be missing the new requirement that they added (ethics course). I know the closet location for my was Pinole but they didn't have appointments until July 19th. I'm going tomorrow to the San Jose location. I made an appointment a couple days ago.

I was not able to find an appointment before the due date, but I checked the Labcorp website every day to see if anyone canceled at the last minute. Luckily, I found a time slot on Monday in Milpitas. I heard that the San Jose location accepts walk-in appointments. I would call to get confirmation from them before going there.
