Has anyone applied (or planning on applying) to the RN program at LAHC college? Is there a waitlist that you know of? Any comments, tips, or general info on this school is much appreciated.

walksfar, it might cost 50 cents more but you are saving a dollar with the Faxing fee! (I don't have a fax machine so I need to go to UPS or Kinkos to fax)

the only thing that really bothers me about the online application is that it doesn't ask us about which school we are currently attending.

I did Background Check.

However, Do u Know what does mean in Result, My criminal Records's result and status are " in process".

What does mean this?

it takes around 5-8 days for the criminal records to be processed. don't worry... i already got my background check from them a while back and they lag with the criminal record part. give it about a week or two. Once you see the DATE with the Password on the Seal that means its complete. If you only see the password it means its still pending.

just ordered all my books @ half.com ... it came out to be a whopping 450 dollars T_T

I tried in LAHC Online, but I can not find out the list of Text Books.

Fundamentals of nursing by potter/perry and clinical nursing skills and techniques by perry/potter were the two required as far as I know. The only thing is I didn't look at them at break so I have no idea if what I ordered is right. She said the 6th edition for one, but I ordered the 7th for both so I already didn't do what she said! Tiger, could you pass on the ISBN for the books you got if it's not a pain in the ass?

Where are you guys doing your first aid and cpr courses???
