Has anyone applied (or planning on applying) to the RN program at LAHC college? Is there a waitlist that you know of? Any comments, tips, or general info on this school is much appreciated.
Thanks!

i'm taking my first aid course at here Class schedule | American Red Cross | Classes july 27th.... i already registered and it costs 50 dollars. The other classes seem to be in taught in the ghettos or are all too far away, which i dislike.
as far as the cpr class goes i'm taking it in lawndale
Tiger, you know you can take cpr/first aid together at Mary Cunningham Center in Lawndale, right? I assume that is where you were going when you said Lawndale. I did them both last night for $80. Walked in at 5:30 and was done with both before 9:00. Here is the website below. Nice people, well equipped place.

Well the page I'm looking at doesn't match the chapters in the book I got today(7th ed). I'll send you a link to the info I got off the site. But I think I know why they said start reading now because geeeeeeeeeezzzzzz it's a lot!http://www.lahc.edu/classes/nursing/N313%20Reading%20and%20VideoDVD%20Listsp10.pdf I hope you find a watch at target because thats closer than big lots :).
Yginay-thanks for posting the link...so the combined class will meet all of the requirements?
Soooooooo much to do.
For sure she said unit 1 and 2. I don't know what to do about the book because I've already opened it(it came shrink wrapped). I think it will work. Maybe when I get home I'll text the instructor? The spring text book list on the lahc bookstore website gave the 7th edition and the 7th edition isbn.....so I think we are safe. Unfortunately that little list has been replaced with a summer list. If I can I'll stop by the college book store today on my way home from work and let you know which one they have on sale there. :)
