Los Angeles County School of Nursing and Allied Health - Fall 2019

Hi there,

Has anyone applied to LAC School of Nursing for Fall 2019? I thought I would get this post going so we can stay informed and help each other through this waiting process! What are your points that you calculated?

@Leslylove It's not a lie. That's how the process is for other nursing programs as well.

@duachangesthings Agreed. Just because someone hasn't received an email doesn't mean they're rejected as of this moment. I turned down their invitation to interview since I got accepted to an ABSN program, so that opens up a spot for someone else. I'm sure others have declined the interview as well. Stay hopeful @Anursetobe1534!

Hi there!

So im reading that some people have received emails already. Those that have received them, did you apply for the lvn-rn bridge or the RN program? I applied to the RN, and I thought we were not going to hear back till mid May, but since I see that some have heard back via email, its making me wonder if I wasnt accepted. Can someone clarify which program you applied and were accepted to?

The emails were for the RN program. On the website it says there will be interviews and then notifications of acceptance letters mailed by May 15. The interviews are on May 3. I hope this provides more clarity.

Yes! Me too. I have the afternoon session! I think that’s the only interview date. ?

Idk. I’m assuming that it’s going to be a group thing since it’s only 1 hour per session & everyone has their interview on the same day.

I’m not too sure what to wear for this day..

I’m a male so I was thinking either full suit or casual formal...

anyone wanna share what you will be wearing for the interview?

im sure im not the only one wondering this

I've been thinking about what to wear as well since I received the email but I guess semi formal attire will do.
