Hello I am applying to LAC Allied School of Nursing for the Fall 2013 semester ADN program. I was wondering if any body else is applying to this school for the fall 2013 semester or if there is anybody that currently attends or has attended this school that has any advice or opinions about this school. Any feedback would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

Called today (I think I'm starting to annoy them) they told me that they are currently working on deciding who is going to get accepted but that letters will not go out till the end of the week. :(

Wow! Are you serious? I feel like every week they say something different, and push back the date.

Yeah I think this is the 20th time I call Lol. But I really need to know soon because I have been accepted into another program and if I want to be a part of that program I need to get my vaccines and other stuff done by the 13th of this month. My first choice is county so I am biding my time

Anywhere you want. You can go to your own doctor as long as you bring printouts of your titers and your Tb test results. If you don't have a doctor, you can also go through employee health services. They'll tell you all about it.

I spoke with someone at county today and this person confirmed that letters will start to be sent out tomorrow afternoon or latest Friday morning. Furthermore I was told that the cut off score for last semester was 81 points and this person told me that if someone applying has higher than 81 points for the Fall 13 semester they will most likely be receiving an acceptance letter within the next couple of days. I just wanted to pass this information on to everyone. Good luck and hopefully we will hear word from county soon.

81 Points!!!! Thank God!!! Thank you tgcid00 for calling. I was too embarrassed to call because they ask my name every time! I hope they are going to send letters out this week. I am so anxious to find out! This is the ONLY:nurse: school I applied to.
