hey everyone,
i took the nclex last wednesday in CA and I was wondering if anyone else did too and got their results by checking the CABON website already? It's agonizing to wait...as each day passes by I lose more and more hope...anyone sharing the same grief?

Not everyone gets their results within 3 days Ca on average takes 3-10 days and sometimes longer. They are one of the few that will allow you to take the exam with an incomplete file so if you haven't hears anything in 2 weeks would suggest you contact them and see what your file is doing and if they have sent any letters out.

Average wait time is ten days, earliest that one will see their results is usually three days. And that is only if a file is complete and as mentioned on other posts, Ca will permit a new grad to write the exam without a completed file in place for them.
If you tested on Wednesday, then Friday is just two days and the BRN is not open on the weekends.
Best of luck to you on your results.
so that's 3 - 10 working days or 3 - 10 days?
It's been a week
I have a SSN and I'm a US Citizen but I was educated out of the country...I heard that if you aren't educated in the country then they won't let you take the test without a complete file...right? so since i was found eligible to take the exam there shouldnt be anything wrong with my paperwork?
That is only 5 working days. If you haven't heard anything in 2 weeks contact them but even as a foreign trained nurse there could still be an issue. Hang in there and again Good luck
alright...ill keep praying! thank you!

thats how i submitted my fingerprints too..by fingerprint card...i hope thats the reason behind not having our names posted on the licensure website yet! HMMM...is that an actual cause for delay??
;sigh; did you take yours in CA too? i sure wish they'd get quick results?!
yeah.. my fingerprints were done at NBI in the philippines.-- so i AM hoping that's the reason for the delay. *fingers crossed*

hello veronicuhh and sharon.
hang in there. dont think that you fail unless you have seen your result. i know the long wait is making you both anxious. dont stop praying and believing that you will pass!
maybe that could be the reason for the delay. i did my fingerprints via a live scan.
thankssss kikaymeh =)
yes, i've been praying...
not losing hope.
hehe.
