I just recently got back into travel nursing, and took my first assignment in Tucson, AZ with American Mobile. I am looking ahead to my next assignment and planning on going to Seattle. I have spoken to a couple of other companies including Medical Solutions, Travel Nurse Across America, and RN Network. I wondered if anyone else has traveled with these companies? I want to make sure I get the best out of my pay, benefits, and housing stipend. Any advice would be great!

Those are all larger agencies. I would recommend diversifying your agency portfolio to include some smaller agencies. They usually pay better.

I am with Medical solutions right now and they have been superb. Great customer service, my recruiter is fantastic. The hospital I am currently at is primarily staffed by medical solutions and I have talked to 5 or 6 travelers who all have different recruiters and they have all been very happy with both the company and the recruiters. might be worth looking into.

If you want to come to Seattle, you could use a local company here. Integrated Medical Solutions. I did a couple of contracts with them before moving permanently. Great pay and housing stipend (I was able to find my own housing for about half of the stipend).
Small company, very personable and friendly. You can even pick up extra shift at another hospital many times, if you wanted.
Sorry, Integrated Medical Systems (not solutions).
