Hi all! Just submitted my application for Long Beach City College's ADN Program and wanted to open up a thread for us to connect regarding our applications & the acceptance process. Applications closed today and we should hear back in 6-8 weeks, October 3 at the latest.

I just received my email. I got provisionally accepted finally. Keep going if you guys haven't gotten yours. Congrats to those and see yall 2025.

I was selected as an alternate. Hopefully, I get a spot next year

Congrats to those who got in and beat of luck to other alternates and those waiting to hear from other schools.

Didn't get in, but congrats for those who did! I'll try again next application period 🙂

Got provisional acceptance too. Congrats to everyone else that got in & for those that didn't, keep pushing. Don't give up!! 🩷

Just received an email letting me know I was placed in the alternate list. Not sure how to feel I was really hoping to secure a seat.

Hi guys, did anyone that was on the Fall 2024 alternate list/ also received the August email "you were selected for future consideration" get into the program? I'm just so confused and tbh very disappointed because I thought almost most of us would have a secure seat.

I was in the Fall 2024 alternate list. Never got an email about being considered in the future or heard of them sending that

It sucks, but you never know! For the Fall 2024 cohort, Marc mentioned they picked 9 out of I believe 20 alternates to replace.

My email was " After careful review, your name has been placed on an Alternate list.  Alternates wishing to be considered for entry into the program must attend this meeting."
