Hello everyone! I wanted to start this thread to keep each other updated on the Fall 2023 Cohort at LBCC. This is my 4th time applying and hoping for the BEST. All in GODs Timing. ?

Hi ? My GPA is actually average at 3.0 for both sciences and overall GPA.

Thank you! ? so far I've only applied to Cerritos and LBCC. How about you?

On the same boat with Cerritos & LBCC, but I've also applied to Santa Ana & LAHC.???

Just submitted my application! Overall GPA 2.8 and science GPA 4.0. Good luck everyone.

I also applied, so many people apply here so I always have my expectations so low ? I made it to the lottery once and I missed the lottery last semester

Same! I was selected as an alternate my first time applying. Then, on my second and third time applying I did not receive a denial email and was told "the system had a glitch to try applying again next application cycle".

whoa I havent seen that before, have u emailed counselors about it? did u apply last semester too?

Yea, I did. My friend had received the email stating she was moving to the second phase and then received her denial. I waited and still nothing, I emailed M, Smith the coordinator and he said the system had a glitch. Then S, Sexton sent an email stating many applicants had been emailing her about the situation and the system had a glitch but it's considered a denial and to apply again next cycle. Hoping this does not happen to me again! ?
