I haven't gotten my blue card either... but the good news is that we still have time until Dec 2nd to submit our documentation ;)

KINGWOOD PROGRAM QUESTIONS.....

My understanding according to the paperwork is the deadline is set for December 12. Is this correct. Also, is covered as part of the program with the registration fees? Or, is there a website that we have to access? In addition, did everyone realize that Valerie sent out an e-mail regarding social security verification? If you did not know, check your e-mail. Please respond asap regarding the insurance question. THANKS!

Received my blue card in the mail today, and my fingerprints were done on the 4th. Keep a look out for it, its actually quite small.

what's going on? i did my fingerprinting on the 3rd and i still dont have my blue card. Was i supposed to send something? all i did was go to the fingerprinting place and that's it.

No, nothing extra was to be done after doing your fingerprints. I noticed that the card was from Austin, Tx from the Board of nursing, so the hold up might be with them. I think it takes time for them to receive the results, then go through them, and finally send the blue cards to us.

Nope, its by itself. Its about the size of a large index card, maybe a little smaller. Easy to miss.

About flippin' time!! Walked out to the mailbox after realizing my hubby didn't check the mail today and there is the d@mn blue card I've been waiting on. I was about to go apeshi!t on someone at the Texas BON. SMH. This stress can't be healthy!! Are they going to hand out xanax at orientation?? I might need one...

I think if You have insurance you have to show a copy of your insurance card. I'm not sure about if you don't have insurance. Mrs. Spivey responds within minutes. Maybe she can help.

I did my background check at the sylavan learning center on nov 3 and I still haven't receive anything from the board of nursing !!!! aRRGGADSAF!~!!~!~!~

by the way the orientation time for the cy fair has been changed (check the email!)
