Nursing Students School Programs
Published Jul 10, 2017
I just applied to the Lonestar Cyfair ADN nursing program for the Spring of 2018. I haven't seen anything on here about hopefuls for Spring 2018, anyone else apply?

Thank you. Then I will be uploading my diploma if transcript is not necessary.

Where have you guys gone to get your titers done for the blood work?
I have gone to affordable family clinic in spring. I think the hep b shots are $25 each and no insurance is required. And the titer is $25 too. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure thats how much I payed.
Awesome, thank you so much!

Hello! I will be applying as well. Two of my courses will be at the 5 year mark pharm and micro but hopefully it won't affect me getting in. I take my hesi in two weeks and I am really nervous. What are you guys using to study for the hesi?

Hello everyone,
I'm starting the application but currently I have a 7.52. I am not sure if that is good enough to get in to Lone star Cyfair.

That's an awesome score; I'm sure you'll have no problem getting into the program!

I'm worried about this too. My score will likely be somewhere around there because I made a B in A&P I. I'm so stressed.
Dumb question- on the FERPA form, they already have X marked on other "Date of Birth, Social Security Number and Medical Records" asd well as X marked on the second "other" "clinical affilate agencies to ensure my safety and the safety of my patients." Do we just leave it at that? Or do we need to mark anything else? I'm assuming no- but you know what they say about assuming things! LOL

RediClinic does the Hepatitis titers for $49, some HEB grocery stores have the clinics in them. The HEB on Bunker Hill off of I-10 has one.
