Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

Ecoho5ivDelta I applied to the LVN program at Montgomery this Oct to start in Jan 14. Have you heard of the highest to lowest scores being accepted into the LVN program. I know it varies from campus to campus just wanted to get some kind of feedback. I really don't see much post for the LVN program at lone star. I applied with a score of 6.40. I am staying positive !!! If I don't get in the LVN program I will apply to the ADN program at North Harris 2014... Anyone on the same boat as I am?

How can I appeal for financial aid if I already used all the amount that the government gives ??? Anyone knows anything???

Please... I will appreciate your help. I have financial aid for this semester, but that will be it. After that, I will be on my own :C

If I dont make it into either campus I will apply to NH, Tomball, and montgomery (super long shot). I understand that NH has more space available, I think 120. NH is the next closest campus to me other than montgomery, but I am throwing my app to all campuses. Congrats to Momma_D.

When they called me this afternoon, she did mention that they haven't scheduled classes yet. KA is supposed to call me tomorrow; I will ask her about schedules when she calls and let you know if she enlightens me.

oh thank you Aleeceness, today I spoke to an education adviser to get my degree plan , now I'm just waiting for them to reply. Are you getting financial aid?

Yes I am. But for next fall I'll have to do an appeal for max hrs as well lol.

No I have no clue. I also saw that on my schedule in the box for clinicals that is says lscs insurance required. I was just wondering if anyone else had that on yours or is it on everyone's? If I should be getting that insurance like real fast or what?

I have the same thing on my schedule. I am sure they will explain some more on January 10 :)
