Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

Hi Guys I was accepted to Kingwood Nursing Program, I was wondering if anybody could give me some information on how are the professors and the courses are overall. I'm having to take pharmacology and Nursing skills with my regular semester and I'm a bit scared. Can you guys please help me! Thanks

RIGHT ON JennJenn... I did listen to "those" people the first time I went to college, and decided to believe them. I didn't apply to nursing school because they said it was too hard, and too competitive!... I went into business. I did great, graduated with a BS in less than 4 years, while raising 3 kids on my own. That was 10 years ago. I can't find a "good" job, and I actually hate managing people. So GOOD FOR YOU for not listening to those people. I wish you all the luck in nursing school and remember, when it gets tough, that you CAN DO IT!!!

Thank You so Much!! I am just ready to show my 9 year old that mommy is someone that she can look up to even more now. I almost did not even bother with even applying this time. I was going to wait till January when North Harris and Montgomery did theirs. Thank goodness for my mother because at this would not be happening without her. I am just trying to enjoy what time I do have now till January because it's fixin to get crazy. lol
