Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

It's nursing school... Not a fashion show

nursing school or not....I still need to feel comfortable in what I am wearing....

Okay I got my books...I still need the 2 books for Pharmacology....Those books come with access codes. The guy at the Kingwood Bookstore could not answer this question for me. If I purchase the book on Amazon and it's NEW will it come with the access code? What I am thinking is do they sell textbooks that are NEW that come with access codes and without access codes? Does anyone know? I found my 2 textbooks that I need but does not specify anything about an access code or not

Jenn yes if you get them New it should come with access codes.

No, I have not purchased the drug handbook yet....There is app for that book you can download on to your laptop or other device

Amazon will not give you access codes. I buy books from there all the time but ill prob. Just go with the school package to ensure I have everything. If you buy on amazon you'll need to buy the access code separately and sometimes you'll end up spending more that way. But not always so it's just something you would need to check out :)
