Lonestar nursing applicants for spring 2016

Hi guys! I will be applying for lonestar cyfair and a few others in the spring of 2016. I was wondering if anyone had started studying for the hesi and also what grades have they gotten so far in their classes!

Yes. It says on the website what the minimum requirement is. If you used their school code it should've been on the test

Hi guys, I'm postponing my application for Lonestar Cy Fair. I'm just going to finish off my last few prerequisites required for a BSN, while I wait to hear back from UT-Hou. for Spring '16. If I don't get in, I'll reapply for the summer, and apply for Fall '16 at TWU and LSC-Cy.

So I just wanted to say good luck to you all!!!

About the critical thinking section, I thought it was for those applying in July '16 and they would start Jan '17. But it says that if you took it after Jan 2015, to give them a call.... has anyone gone to their information session?

Hey you guys! I will be taking my HESI for the first time tomorrow morning. I only had a week to study, any advise going in to it? I plan to apply to Kingwood. I have A's in both English & A&P. I will come back to post my HESI grade. Do you find out your grade the same day?

I'm pretty sure it's required. When you submit your application it asks for your critical thinking score. Good luck everyone!!

Yes you find the grade for each section as you finish them. And your final average at the end of all sections

Hey everyone! I just submitted my application for the Cy-Fair program for Spring 2016 with a score of 7.296! Hopefully this gets me in! I applied last application period for the Fall 2015 program with a score of 6.4 and I got selected as an alternate! Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone!

The same happened to me when i first took the HESI! Usually the questions are a bit similar btw. You will see a few of the same questions so keep trying and focus studying on AP for the next time.

I'm a nervous wreck, last semester a applied end up as an alternate but never got called i just turned in my application for Spring 2016 with a score of 6.5 but looking at all this high scores i wonder if i even stand a chance.

I was told by the Admin at Lone Star North Harris, Fall 2015 start date, had a cutoff at 6.75.
