You should only have to do a booster if your levels are less than 10 I believe meaning that you are non reactive I hope that makes sense

I have a question about the nursing classes. Do we have to wait until after orientation to sign for classes or what???? Thanks in advance.

I think it depends I which school you attend some let you pick and others assign morning or evening classes

Hi guys! Congratulations to all of you who have been accepted! I'm about to finish my first semester of the nursing program at Cy Fair and it seems like only yesterday, I was on these boards with the same questions and fears all of you have. If I can be of any assistance, or if you have questions and I have the answer, just ask! Good luck to all of you! And just a small FYI - fall in LOVE with your text books! They will be all you see in your first semester.

They already have some class up. We will definitely need Nursing skills I and health assess. plus at least one more class I believe. I was just wondering why they were already up if we still cannot sign up for them that's all. Thanks anyway.

You will not register yourself. The nursing department registers all of your nursing classes - and trust me, they take their time. For the first semester you guys will take Nursing Skills I & II, Health Assessment, and Intro to Nursing.
