Finally I faxed the SSV consent this morning. Yay!!!!!!! I still have to do the other papers, but I cannot at this time since my last exam of pharmacology is coming up. I have to study

I submitted about half the forms on Friday and all but one was rejected this morning (I forgot to circle something). My SSN thing was rejected yesterday for some reason, but approved/completed today. I got my flu shot for work last year, but they didn't update my record, so I don't know how that'll work out. I just need to get a physical. Either I'll get my last HepB and TB test then, or I'll see if my job can give them to me. Then I'll be done! Yay!

Can someone let me know if we need the shots or can we just get the titers? Also does the hep B series have to be complete?

I think titers are fine for all to show immunity and I think but need to ask if the hep b titer comes back good then the series does not need to be started.... My dr said as long as I start the series by May 1 I will be fine with the deadline but that's all up on the titers I get this Thursday

For those that were accepted to the tomball transition did yall attempt to do the cb yet and if so did yall notice that for the personal info for the classification it shows the yr 2013 did anyone ask about that ?

Does anyone know if..god forbid..you fail a class..do you have the chance to take it again when they offer it again or will they dismiss you from the program?
