I've started to upload things. I'm in Montgomery, but one of the forms was for Tomball, lol. I uploaded things this morning and I'll let everyone know how long it takes to clear.

I haven't been able to get my first code, the one for the medical document manager, to work. It just days that the package is unavailable...

The site is finally working for me. I paid for the SSV and when I go to to do list it shows incomplete and response box at the very bottom. What should I put in in that response box? Thanks in advance

Is the SSA release authorization form one or two pages? without counting the cover sheet with instructions. Because it says print pages 2 and 3 of this PDF packet, and I only have 2 pages in total counting the instruction's page.
