Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

We will know really soon! I'm excited to find out what happens--the LSC website says we'll be notified in March so any day now!

As soon as everyone gets an acceptance or alternate notification post it so we can have a better clue what we'll need to get in. This will also be helpful for the people who follow us. I also read on the LSC site we will be notified this month. The closer it gets the more anxious I become. It will be great if we find out before the Easter break.

I applied at Montgomery as my first choice and Tomball as my second choice. I ended up with an 11.57, was hoping for higher, but we will see if that is good enough. I turned in my application on March 6th and there were about 5 pages of people turning in their applications. Of course that was the ADN and transistion program, so not sure how many were actually apllying for the ADN program. Good luck everyone!

What list are you guys talking about!? I just turned in my application to the nursing department but didn't sign anything?!?? That makes me nervous..

You don't have to sign anything! When you turn in your application the nursing department puts your name on a list showing that you turned your application in. I believe that is what they are referring to!

Well I had originally turn my application in at Tomball and I had to sign my name and date on a folder when i turned it in. I then decided to chance my first choice so I had to resubmit my application to the Montgomery campus and when I turned in my application there they made me sign a sheet with my name and date that i turned in my application and then the lady put her signature on there as well. Which campus did you turn yours in at?

The Montgomery campus. It was the first week application period opened and I just walked in and handed it to the nursing lady and she looked at it and said everything's here, thank you! And I walked out..

I didn't sign a anything at CyFair, she gave me a little card for a receipt and she wrote my name on a list and sent me on my way.
