Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

Take ***** at MoCo for Micro.. One of the best, but her classes usually fill up with in minutes after registration opens so you have to be quick!

I'm taking Pharm right now online with ******. I am really enjoying the class. It is a lot of information to take in, but that's to be expected for the type of class it is. There is a quiz every week, 4 class discussions throughout the semester (not very difficult), and a comprehensive final exam. I recommend her to anyone who still needs to take Pharm....

Aside from that....YAY! One week and one day past the application deadline!!! I'm sitting on pins and needles. I hate waiting! I've been trying to stay busy, so that I don't think about it as much, but it's always hanging in the back of my mind. lol Hopefully we will all know in a couple weeks! Good luck to you all! :)

Hey everybody! I'm a student in the ADN Program at Kingwood. If you haven't taken Pharmacology, I highly recommend you take it before starting the program so you won't have that extra load of work! Good luck to everyone applying to the nursing program and if anyone have any questions, I would be more than happy to answer them as best as I can :)

Has anyone called the schools to see what last Years cut offs were??

I called and they said that Montgomery last year was 11.4 and north Harris said 10.1 I thought it was higher but hey i won't complain If it is like that this year

Yeah that's what i heard as well. Also I was one of the last people to turn in my application at the Montgomery campus and when I signed the sheet there was probably only less then 30 people on the list! So i have a feeling that applicant pool might be a little low this year, which makes all our chances a lot better!!

O that is good. I hope so, that is my frat choice school!! But one time before they told me cut of was 11.52 so idk??
