Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

Did you put NH for any of your choices? Or just Montgomery and tomball?

Okay so after the whirlwind that was yesterday I figured I'd update you all......

After all of you wonderful ladies let me know about tomball sending out emails (I had been neglecting checking it due to a pending divorce and a persistent exhusband , my lonestar acct forwards to my personal email...) I finally read back to about two weeks ago and found an acceptance letter from Tomball! yay! Except as I kept reading I quickly found out that the deadline to confirm intend was on the 11th...... so after spending a whole night crying and beating myself up for missing that stupid email I gathered myself together and started making calls this morning. Suprisingly, the woman I spoke with said they have been having alot of problems with the Angel email system and just told me to fax the form and I still have my space!!! What a relief! So now I have paid for my background check and Im happy to get the ball rolling. There is still a small part of me that hopes to be an alternate for montgomery, but after a scare like that I am just so thankful to be going at all. I know how hard we all have worked just to be able to apply and being faced with having to wait another year........whew I am just happy to be in the program with you all!

Yay! such great news! Congrats to you!! So glad they were having problems with the email system, you are now on your way. Ill keep my fingers crossed that you get that alternate letter to Montgomery!

I was just wondering where you applied since your score is a little higher than mine. I hope we get our alternate letters today! I can't wait to hear all of the celebrations start on here!

OMG! I GOT MY LETTER TODAY!!! I got accepted to Montgomery!!! I am soooo happy!!! :)
