Lonestar 2011 ADN Hopefuls

I didn't see a thread on here for Fall 2011 applicants to the Lonestar nursing program, so I decided to start one.:) I will be applying to Montgomery as my first choice and am really nervous about taking the HESI test with all of the added components. I applied to Kingwood this past application period with an 11.5652 and got an alternate spot, competition was fierce. So, here I go again, hopefully I'll get in this time around. I'm really nervous about the A&P portion of the HESI. I feel like I've forgotten alot of what I learned. Any suggestions from anyone?

OMG I got it today woooooohooooo!!!!!!! I'm in at cyfair with a 11.5664. Everyone the cyfair letters are finally here. I read everything and didn't see where to get the drug test. Does anybody know how to take care of it

Congrats Cyfair newbies! Don't worry about drug test...they will let you know. It's not something you have to take care of before oreintation.

So I applied to the lvn program as a back up. I applied at lonestar (cyfair) & sanjac. But sanjac won't accept my hesi scores from lonestar even if I have official test transcripts sent by elsevier. Also, they charge $65 to take the test at sanjac! So now that I'm on the alternate list at NH, idk if I should even go spend the $65 at sanjac. Idk what to do. I'm supposed to take the test on the 5th of this month.:confused:

What was your score (if you don't mind me asking) I got in as an alternate and I applied with a 10.5.

10.7, I got my fingers crossed!!! I really hope I get the call/email!!

Oh you'll definitely get at least an alternate. The lowest score I've heard of that got an acceptance letter was 10.9. I sure hope I get that call too!

Is it true they send letters out to the people whot got accepted first? Then to the ones who were denied?
