From reading everyone that got into Lone Star nursing programs I hypothesized one very important point. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get anything less than A's in English and A&P there is NO chance of admission.

The only instance I calculated a chance is a "B" in English, an "A" in A&P and a perfect 100% on the HESI. Other than that, A's in your classes with a minimum 88% on the exam is my observed formula for entrance.

I see why so many (myself included) get so worked up about the HESI. Anyone else taking the test next week at a Lone Star?

If anyone has taken A&P at a Lone Star over a summer session, how did you find attaining an A over the six-week period? Also, if anyone wants to part with a lab book...(?)

My last name starts with J and I only applied to CyFair and I haven’t heard yet

If you taking it in HCC (if LSC allows it) Dr. Harold is amazing, I don't know about LSC tho

The “conditional acceptance” confused me at first also, but obviously that pertains to you finishing the checklist on time. Congrats to everyone that got accepted, and wish you all the best to those that are still waiting ???.

Can yall please list the school you got answer from and score when you hear anything back from LSC. Thanks! lol trying to judge where I stand ?‍♀️

I’m confused on how this works. If I chose CF as my first choice but still applied to kingwood would I hear anything from kingwood, like would they accept me into both? Or would they go with my first choice only and if I get into cf I wouldn’t hear anything from kingwood??

@canickell11 I don't think you can get accepted into both at the same time but whenever CF makes a decision to accept you KW would diregard and you get your final answer of acception to CF. If CF doesn't accept I would think KW reviews and chooses to accept or reject if both CF and KW reject final answer would be rejection, but if CF rejects and KW accepts upon review, then you get acceptance to your second choice (KW) . I think lol don't quote me on that
