It may be early but around this time, those applying to Fall 2020 are engulfed in an A&P course trying for the grades needed. Collaboration and early encouragement can only help. Fall seems to be the large cycle and a lot have had the same instructors. Some of us could even be sitting by each other in class and not know.
I know we cannot say who we are taking. I'm in A&P 1 at Tomball in a hybrid course. If I can be of any help I will do so. I have a study guide for A&P that's about 90 pages. In addition, I have a pdf of one of the books (I think it's Marieb).
Goodxluck in class everyone and hope to see you in nursing school in the Fall!

Oh dang. Draw a chat and go over your pros and cons. Thats what helped me determine ADN or BSN. lol . I do know of someone but she was lvn and went threw transitional program. She graduated and she is working. I am not sure if the same job (lvn) or is this with her new (RN) job. Where she works no clue but I do know she is works nights.

I keep hearing great reviews on Montgomery but do t know anybody who graduated from Tomball ! Where do you plan to apply ?
I might reach out to the fall 2019 forum and see if anyone from Tomball can share their experience. I’m still unsure if I’m putting M or T as my first choice. I’ll apply to NH AND CF as my third and fourth.

I just reached out to that forum, hopefully someone responds! I’m way closer to Montgomery, I live maybe 7 minutes away. I’m willing to travel to any campus tho. I don’t even know if I’ll get accepted to Montgomery since my score is 7.632.

Im sure you will. We will both be there. I have faith. Unless the whole 40 students have a 8, 7.9, or 7.8 . but I think we will be fine.
I’m a little iffy on the application when it comes to the Hep B quantitative titer. When I applied last year my initial result was I wasn’t immune despite the 3 shots as a child. I got a “booster” shot that I was fast tracked for but my doctor told me I only needed one “strong dose”. I got retested and it came back that I was immune. For this application should I just use the new titer showing I’m immune? Or should I add the first titer showing a negative result along with the new titer showing I’m immune along proof of the three vaccines and the booster.

I would use the one showing immunity since we can’t upload multiple documents. If they need more information I’m sure they will contact you.

If you go online and google pdf combiner you can turn all of those into one document and then I would turn it all in. That’s what I did just so there aren’t any questions about my immunity

Dang wish I did that so I can turn in showing I got the shots too but I just turned in the titer paper that should be enough I hope now I’m nervous ?
